The rooms were basic but clean,strong air-conditioning and large enough wardrobes/closets to take good care of the outfits. The hotel is recently renovated, so no complains. Bathrooms again were clean and had running hot water round the clock. – Oct 17, 2012

Location was good, Kuah town central, nearby conveniences and eateries; Malay, Chinese and Indian cuisine and seafood of course. Bed was comfy, sheets were clean, flat screen TV with satellite channels, toilet with rain shower and overall a well maintained room. – May 14, 2012

First, I would like to say that their front desk office personnel (day shift) is absolutely wonderful! My father was just recovering from his injury and they did everything they can in order to make him feel better. As we were there early, they speed up the room process, helped to carry his bags in, and also going the extra mile to help to post my mom's postcard. I forgot her name but her hospitality gives the hotel an extra edge. – Aug 18, 2012
